If you have been referred to Clarity Therapy by a friend or acquaintance, or perhaps are a returning client that I haven’t seen for awhile, you may have noticed that some of the services offered have changed.

In addition to traditional counselling services and support around Separation & Divorce, I now offer Collaborative Divorce Coaching, a unique approach to the divorce process. This process aims to minimize conflict, reduce stress, and create more positive outcomes for all involved, particularly children. I also assist clients in creating parenting plans, child-focussed arrangements that outline responsibilities, time-sharing, decision-making, and dispute resolution around the care of children.

Individual Therapy has shifted to focus on trauma and anxiety & depression utilizing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or EDMR therapy if needed.
